LNnT is the second HMO that got approved for use into Infant formula.

Its safety and bifidogenic effect have been demonstrated.

A cohort study demonstrated that there might be an inverse correlation between the concentration of LNnT in mothers’ milk and the growth (length, weight) of her baby up to the age of 5 years.
